Glasshouse 🌾


 

 
 

Went to Glasshouse at Seputeh today with my mum after hearing so much about the place. I was expecting it to accommodate a few restaurants for us to choose from but turns out it only had a small café named Delectable that serves light food. 😩 So we had no choice but to dine there and it was honestly not worth the money or even a photo. Not sure if you can relate to this but I hate carbonaras that are cooked with canned Campbell soup. If I wanted spaghetti soaked in can mushroom soup I would have microwaved it at home... (Speaking of which, I am a self-proclaimed chef 😋 Stay tuned for the next post on my home-cooked adventure!)

I am wearing Misty Morning and Suede Surrender Skirt both from Bash 💖 If you have been following my social media, you should know that Bash is my little online store started 2 years ago! I started Bash with my best friend XY and it has really become a hugeee part of my life because my life literally revolves around it. It's not an easy route but I am glad we took a leap of faith. Honestly, we are really really lucky because we have never encountered any major challenge in the business and our customers have been nothing but supportive 💖 You have no idea how much it warms me to see those messages from you girls about how you love our clothes and trust us. So a gazillion thanks to everyone along the journey of Bash, we are bringing you something BIGGER next year!

My Blackhead Journey

I have never really been open about this but one thing I am most insecure about myself is my nose area where I am almost ALWAYS struggling with blackheads. It is common for your nose to be victim of blackheads because it has the largest pores which means that it secretes more sebum ( oil). These sebum may then be mixed with the dead skin cells or dirt on your nose, forming tiny black dots  that basically is clogging your pores. ( They are black because of oxidation !) Guess what, this worsens as you age since your pores get bigger and I am feeling the repercussions.  In my case, not only do I have oily nose, my nose and upper lips area get SUPER sweaty too. ( see photo below) These sweat combines with the dirt in the air when they dry up and tadah, there goes my nose. 3 Looks for June.

Hello everyone, so I am back here after a year-long hiatus and I think this time it is for good! I have recently quit my 9-5 (okay it wasn't really 9-5, more like 9-9) job to venture full time into my little online store @Bash Clothing ! It is an incredibly huge decision and transition for me because I have always been afraid to step out of my comfort zone but I mustered enough courage to do it because it is truly something I am passionate about and I think nothing comes close to that.  Okay, enough said. Let's dive right into my 3 Favourite Looks for June!  Look #1 is a leopard print look that I am obsessed about after seeing it everywhere on Instagram. This skirt is definitely one of the hottest pieces right now and I can totally understand why so we had it launched on Bash. ( Shop here ) It is made of satin material so it feels so luxurious on the skin and it adds such a chic vibe to the ensemble! I simply went with a basic white oversized top ( also from Bash )

My Current Night Time Skincare Routine

Hi all, I am back with another skincare related post! As you know by now, I am a huge skincare junkie. I emphasize alot on taking care of my skin so I can avoid as much makeup on as possible. I am obsessed with glowy bare skin so I have spent quite a bit on different range of skin care to see what gives me the best result. Since I am working in a factory right now ( for 4 months only!), I am not allowed to put on any make up due to strict food safety regulations. This definitely gave me an excuse to take extra care of my skin since I have to be seen without make up on every single day! ( no fragrance, eyelash extensions, nail polish and even accessories). Hence I have decided to pen down my current night time skincare routine to share with you!
